Terms of Use
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Please read these terms before using this website. They explain the rules for using the site and what the site does and does not offer.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of iocbuilds.com (the “Site”), operated by Iron & Oak Contracting (Iron & Oak Contracting LLC). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is for information only
The Site describes our company, services and experience. Nothing on the Site is a bid, proposal, quote, offer or contract. We provide construction services only under a written agreement signed by both parties. Sending a message through the Site does not create a contractor-client relationship.
Licensing
Iron & Oak Contracting is a Florida Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1254586. You can verify the status of a Florida contractor license with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
Accuracy of content
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete or error-free. Descriptions of services, timelines and project types are general and may change. Photos are for illustration.
Some photographs and project descriptions on the Site show work completed by our owners or team members before Iron & Oak Contracting was founded. Where that is the case, the Site says so. Names of communities, developments and other organizations belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe the experience of our team.
Ownership of content
The text, graphics, logos, photographs and design on the Site belong to Iron & Oak Contracting or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish or use our content or logos for any other purpose without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- Break any law or violate anyone’s rights
- Send spam, malware or anything harmful
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or other users’ data
- Interfere with how the Site works, or collect information from it using automated tools without our permission
- Pretend to be another person or company
Messages you send us
Information you send through our contact form or by email is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential, privileged or sensitive information through the Site. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not treat unsolicited messages as confidential.
Links to other websites
The Site may link to websites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, secure or free of errors or viruses.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Iron & Oak Contracting and its owners, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Any services we perform for you are governed by your written agreement with us, not by these terms.
Your responsibility
You agree to be responsible for any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that result from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, and you agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
