We are a Florida construction company building commercial, multifamily and amenity projects. Our three owners, Jason Holder, Steve Butler and Bryan M. Davis, bring decades of construction experience and stay personally engaged from the first conversation through project completion. Meet the team.
Is Iron & Oak a new company?
Yes. The company is new, and it was created around a simple idea: clients deserve an experienced contractor whose leadership stays personally involved. Our owners bring more than 30, 20 and 10 years of experience, before Iron & Oak.
What areas do you serve?
We build throughout Central and Northeast Florida. Our office is in St. Augustine.
What types of projects do you build?
Amenity and community construction (clubhouses, fitness centers, gathering spaces, guardhouses, entry features and recreational facilities), commercial construction (offices, retail and other light commercial buildings), preconstruction services, renovations and improvements, and tenant improvements and build-outs. See all services.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Iron & Oak Contracting is a Florida Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1254586.
Can you help before the design is finished?
Yes. Our preconstruction services include budget development, constructability reviews, scheduling, value engineering and coordination with architects and engineers. Decisions made early shape cost and schedule more than anything that happens later, so we like to join early.
Do you work on existing buildings?
Yes. We handle commercial renovations, clubhouse and amenity updates, common-area improvements and larger property improvement projects, and we plan the work around the people who use the property.
Who will I work with?
The owners. Jason, our President, is responsible for operations and project delivery. Steve, our VP of Sales, works with clients and trade partners. Bryan, our VP of Operations, focuses on contracts and internal processes. You will always know who to call.
How do I request a quote?
What should I tell you about my project?
The more you share, the better we can help. Useful details include your name and company or community, the type of project, its location and stage, your target start date and anything else you think we should know.
